Open your Holidu App and click on the Holidu Logo in the top-left corner. Select the "Account" section from the menu.
Step 2: Open Online Guest Registration
In the Account section, locate the "Online guest registration" section and click on "Configure" to begin the setup process.
Step 3: Select Your Property
You will see a list of all your properties. Find the property you wish to connect to AVS and click the "Configure" button next to it.
Step 4: Fill Out the AVS Connection Form
A form will appear with several fields to complete. This is where you'll enter your AVS credentials and configure your settings:
- Check the option "Activate automatic sending to the authority"
- Ensure that AVS is selected as your authority
- Enter your AVS credentials (username and password)
- If you're unsure where to find your AVS credentials, click on "Where to find those credentials" for detailed guidance
Step 5: Validate Your Connection
Once you've filled out all required fields, click the "Validate" button. If no error message appears, your property has been successfully connected to AVS.
Step 6: Configure Guest Categories
Scroll down the page to see additional configuration options. You can now customize the names of guest categories that will appear when guests complete their online check-in. These categories help organize different types of guests staying at your property.
Step 7: Enable Guest Cards (Optional)
If you would like to offer guest cards to your visitors, activate this option. Guest cards provide additional functionality during the check-in process and can enhance the guest experience.
Step 8: Save Your Changes
Click on "Save changes" to confirm all your settings and complete the connection process.
Step 9: Confirm Active Connection
Close the pop-up window. You will now see that the connection status shows "Active," confirming that your property is successfully connected to AVS Germany.
