Click the "Reply to Your Guest" button in the email. This will take you directly to your Holidu host account, where you can write and manage your response in one centralized location.

Step 3: Write and Submit Your Reply

No, you cannot transfer your existing Airbnb listing and reviews to Holidu. You will need to close your current listing and open a new one via Holidu. When starting fresh with Holidu, you'll begin building reviews from scratch with your new listing.

However, if you have accumulated a significant number of reviews on your personal Airbnb listing, we may be able to offer you a temporary discount on your Holidu commission as an incentive to transition to Holidu. If you're interested in this option, please contact our support team through the Assistant, and we will discuss what we can arrange for you.

VRBO

Can I transfer my listing and reviews to Holidu?

While you cannot transfer your full VRBO listing to Holidu, you can request to transfer your historical reviews. If you want to transfer your reviews from your personal VRBO listing to a new Holidu listing, please reach out to our support team through the Assistant. Once you close your listing on VRBO, we can request that VRBO transfer your historical reviews to your new Holidu listing, helping you maintain your visibility and rating.
