How to Update Your Contact Details and Account Information
Keeping your account information up to date ensures smooth communication with guests and helps avoid issues at check-in. You can update your email, language, phone number, billing info, bank details, and more directly from your Holidu account.
Where to Find Your Settings
Follow these steps to access your account settings:
- Log in to your Holidu account
- Click the Holidu Logo in the top right corner
- From the dropdown, select the section you want to update:
- Account (general settings, personal information, bank information, reports and certificates, your agreement)
- Security (email and password)
- You can also navigate through the left-hand menu once you're in the Account area
1. Update Your Email Address
Your email address is essential for receiving important notifications and communications from Holidu and your guests.
- Go to Security
- In the Email section, click Edit
- Enter your new email address
- Note: The new email address cannot already be in use with Holidu
- Click Save
2. Change Your Preferred Language
Set your preferred language to ensure all communications from Holidu are displayed in the language of your choice.
- Go to Account
- Scroll down to Settings
- Click Edit next to Language
- Choose your preferred language from the available options
- Click Save
3. Update Your Phone Number
Your phone number helps guests contact you and ensures Holidu can reach you with important account updates.
- Go to Account
- Scroll to Billing Information
- Click Edit
- Enter your updated phone number
- Click Save
4. Edit Your Billing Information
Keep your billing details current to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- Go to Account
- Scroll to Billing Information
- Click Edit
- Update your organization name, billing address, or tax details as needed
- Click Save
5. Edit Your Bank Details
Your bank details are securely stored and used for processing your payouts from guest bookings.
- Go to Account
- Scroll to Bank Information
- Click Edit
- You will be redirected to our secure partner Adyen
- If you already have an IBAN configured, delete the configured IBAN first
- Configure your new IBAN and follow the steps to update your bank details
- Click Save

6. Download Your Agreement
You can download a copy of your signed Holidu hosting agreement at any time for your records.
- Go to Account
- Scroll to Your Agreement
- Click Download to save a copy of your signed Holidu agreement to your device
Important Considerations
Certain changes to your account information may require a new agreement. These changes include:
- Changing the organization name
- Changing the account holder name
- Changing from individual to legal entity (or vice versa)
- Changing bank details with a different holder
