Keeping your account information up to date ensures smooth communication with guests and helps avoid issues at check-in. You can update your email, language, phone number, billing info, bank details, and more directly from your Holidu host account.

Where to Find Your Settings

To access and modify your account information, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Holidu host account
  2. Click the Holidu logo in the top right corner
  3. From the dropdown menu, select the section you want to update:
    • Account (general settings, personal information, bank information, reports and certificates, your agreement)
    • Security (email and password)
  4. You can also navigate through the left-hand menu once you are in the Account area

1. Update Your Email Address

Your email address is essential for receiving important notifications and managing your account security.

  1. Go to Security
  2. In the Email section, click Edit
  3. Enter your new email address
  4. Click Save

Your new email address will be active immediately after confirmation.

2. Change Your Preferred Language

Select your preferred language to receive all communications and see your account interface in the language you are most comfortable with.

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll down to Settings
  3. Click Edit next to Language
  4. Choose your preferred language from the available options
  5. Click Save

3. Update Your Phone Number

Keep your phone number current so guests can reach you and you receive important alerts about your bookings.

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll to Billing Information
  3. Click Edit
  4. Enter your updated phone number
  5. Click Save

4. Edit Your Billing Information

Your billing information is used for invoicing and tax purposes. Update this section if your organization name, billing address, or tax details have changed.

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll to Billing Information
  3. Click Edit
  4. Update your organization name, billing address, or tax details as needed
  5. Click Save

Certain changes to your billing information may require you to sign a new agreement. See the Important Considerations section below for details.

5. Edit Your Bank Details

Your bank details are critical for receiving payouts. Ensure they are always accurate and up to date.

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll to Bank Information
  3. Click Edit
  4. You will be redirected to our secure partner Adyen
  5. Follow the steps to update your bank details securely
  6. Click Save

6. Download Your Agreement

You can download and save a copy of your signed Holidu agreement at any time.

  1. Go to Account
  2. Scroll to Your Agreement
  3. Click Download to save a copy of your signed agreement to your device

Important Considerations

Certain account changes require you to sign a new agreement with Holidu. These changes include:

  • Change to your organization name
  • Change to your account holder name
  • Change from individual to legal entity (or vice versa)
  • Change to bank details with a different account holder
