The most important thing to know: this is a name and design change. Your account, your tools, your services, and your support all stay the same.

By bringing everything under the Holidu name, we're consolidating one brand that's already well established with guests across Europe — which means more visibility for your property and more opportunities for bookings.

What this means for you

• Same services, same tools: everything you used as a Bookiply host is still available — your distribution, your calendar, your discounts, your support setup.
• No action required: your property configuration, contracts, and bookings all remain unchanged.
• App and login: Continue logging in as usual via host.holidu.com/app/login with the same credentials. The Bookiply app has automatically become Holidu — it updates by itself, with nothing for you to do.
• Bookings and invoices: All existing bookings remain valid. Invoices are now issued under Holidu, with the same conditions as before.
• Guest communication: emails to guests now use the Holidu brand name to keep things clear and consistent.
• Your team: your support contacts and local offices remain the same.
