How to Connect Feratel Deskline to Holidu
Syncing your Feratel Deskline account with Holidu allows you to manage your prices, availability, and some booking information seamlessly across platforms. This comprehensive guide will walk you through the connection process and clarify which data is synced between the systems.
Before You Start: Prerequisites
Before connecting Feratel Deskline to Holidu, ensure you have the following in place:
- Your property is published on at least one Holidu channel
- An active listing with Feratel Deskline
- No existing API connections between Feratel and other property management software
- Manual blocks from your Feratel calendar manually entered into your Holidu calendar (manual blocks in Feratel do NOT sync automatically)
Step-by-Step Connection Guide
Step 1: Access Feratel Deskline Webclient
Log in to your Feratel Deskline Webclient account using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Interface Settings
In the left menu, navigate to Datenwartung → Schnittstellenwartung and click on the Schnittstellen für automatische Datenwartung tab.
Step 3: Search for Holidu
In the search bar, enter Holidu to locate the connection option.
Step 4: Initiate the Connection
Click Verbinden to begin the connection process.
Step 5: Select Properties and Accept Terms
Select the property or properties you want to connect, accept the Terms & Conditions, and click Änderungen speichern to save your changes.
Step 6: Receive Mapping Codes
Wait for an email from Feratel. This email will contain a PDF attachment with your unique "mapping codes" – you will need these codes to complete the connection on the Holidu side.
Step 7: Access Your Holidu Account
Log in to your Holidu account and select the property you want to connect to Feratel.
Step 8: Navigate to Synchronisation Settings
Go to the iCal & Synchronisation section in your property settings.
Step 9: Configure the Connection
Click Configure, then select Feratel from the available connection options.
Step 10: Enter Mapping Codes
Enter the three mapping codes from the Feratel email into the appropriate fields and click Save to complete the connection.
What Data Syncs Between Feratel and Holidu?
Price Synchronization
Prices set in Holidu automatically sync to Feratel Deskline, ensuring consistent pricing across both platforms.
Availability and Booking Blocks
Booking blocks synchronize in both directions between Feratel and Holidu. However, manual blocks created in Feratel are NOT automatically imported to Holidu and must be added directly in your Holidu calendar to maintain accurate availability.
iCal and External Bookings
If you have connected Holidu with other portals using iCal, those bookings are exported to Feratel. However, bookings from Feratel will not sync through iCal. For managing Feratel bookings on other calendars, use Feratel's own iCal link.
Content Data (Not Synced)
Photos, descriptions, and property details are not synced between Feratel and Holidu. You must maintain this information separately in both systems to ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms.
Checking Your Connection Status
Verify Connection in Holidu
Navigate to the iCal & Synchronisation section for your property. The status should display Synchronization is active. If it shows Pending, refresh the page and check again.
Verify Connection in Feratel
In Feratel, navigate to Schnittstellenwartung and confirm that Holidu is listed as active in your connected interfaces.

Data Not Syncing
Ensure that both your Feratel and Holidu accounts show the connection as active. Verify that you have not exceeded any connection limits and that there are no conflicting API connections with other property management systems.
