Holidu Protect can be activated or deactivated individually for each of your properties. Activating it takes just a few clicks in your Holidu Host account, and once it is active, it applies to all future bookings at that property.

How to activate Holidu Protect

1. Log in to your Holidu Host account and open the property configuration of the holiday home you want to protect.

2. Click on Pricing & Protection in the property settings. In the section "Protect your Property," click Configure.

   

3. Read through the information and accept the Terms & Conditions.

   

4. Click on Activate Holidu Protect. You will see a confirmation that Holidu Protect was activated successfully.

   

After you confirm, Holidu Protect is immediately active for all future bookings at that property. If you have security deposits in place, they will be deactivated.

How to deactivate Holidu Protect

You can deactivate Holidu Protect for a specific property at any time. Open the property configuration for that holiday home, go to the Pricing & Protection settings, and manage the Holidu Protect option there. Changes are made per property, so your other properties are not affected.
