You can set check-in and check-out days and times for your property in your Holidu account. Choose the days guests can arrive and leave, plus the hours for each.

How do I set check-in and check-out times?

1. Log in to your Holidu account and select your property.
2. Go to Configuration > Arrival & departure info.
3. Scroll down to the Check-in and Check-out time section and click Edit.
4. Enter your check-in window (for example, 16:00–20:00) and check-out time (for example, 10:00).
5. Click Save.

How do I set check-in and check-out day restrictions?

You can set day restrictions from either the Pricing or the Calendar section.

From Pricing:

1. Go to Configuration and click Pricing.
2. Find the season you want to update and click Edit.
3. Select the allowed days, or click Select/Deselect all for the whole week.
4. Click Save.

From Calendar:

1. Go to Calendar and select the period you want to change.
2. Click Edit on the season shown on the right.
3. Select the allowed days, or click Select/Deselect all.
4. Click Save.

Can I accept same-day bookings?

Yes. The latest booking time depends on the end of your check-in window. For example, if check-in ends at 20:00, the latest booking time is 19:00. To accept later bookings, extend your check-in window first, then update the latest booking time under Configuration > Arrival & departure > Advance notice.
