Providing clear arrival instructions ensures your guests have a smooth check-in experience. Follow these simple steps to add or update arrival information in your Holidu account.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log in to your Holidu Hosts account and select your property.
  2. Click on Configuration in the left-hand menu.
  3. Scroll down and select Arrival Information.
  4. In the Contact Information section, click Edit to add or update:
    • Name of the check-in contact person
    • Phone number
    • Email address
  5. In the Arrival Information section, click Edit to include:
    • Key collection details
    • Directions to your property
    • Special check-in instructions
  6. Click Improve with AI to automatically format your instructions into a clear, structured version.
  7. Save your changes.
  8. Use the Language Selector to translate your instructions into all supported languages.

What happens after you save

Once you save your arrival information, it is automatically sent to guests after they confirm a booking. If a guest's language is supported, they will receive the translated version of your instructions.

Important notes

  • If you update arrival details after bookings are confirmed, you must personally inform those guests about the changes.
  • The Improve with AI feature helps ensure your instructions are clear and easy to follow for all guests.
  • Always provide accurate contact information and complete directions to avoid guest confusion during check-in.
