How can I add arrival instructions?

Providing clear arrival instructions ensures that your guests have a smooth check-in experience. Follow these simple steps to add or update arrival information in your Holidu Hosts account.

Step-by-step guide

1. Log in to your Holidu Hosts account and select your property
2. Click on Configuration in the left-hand menu
3. Scroll down and select Arrival Information
4. Click Edit to add or update details such as:
   • Key collection information
   • Directions to the property
   • Special check-in instructions
5. Save your changes

Improve your instructions with AI

When editing arrival information, you'll see an "Improve with AI" button. This tool rewrites your check-in instructions into a clear, structured format that guests will automatically receive in their confirmation emails.

Translate your instructions

After saving, use the Language Selector to translate your instructions into all supported languages. Guests will automatically receive the version in their preferred language.

Important notes

• The arrival information you add is automatically sent to guests after they confirm a booking
• If you update arrival details after bookings have been made, you must inform those guests personally about the changes
• Contact details, key collection instructions, and directions should be clear and specific to ensure a smooth check-in
