Discount options available

You can configure multiple discount types in your Holidu Host Account under Configuration → Discounts:

• First 3 bookings discount — automatically applied to your first 3 bookings when you list a new property.
• Mobile discount — attracts guests booking from mobile devices.
• Loyalty discount — a fixed 10% discount for repeat guests (only available for properties with minimum 3 reviews on both Holidu and Booking.com with an average score of 7.5 or higher).
• Early bird discount — for guests who book in advance; you set the lead time.
• Last-minute discount — fills availability with short-notice bookings.
• Weekly discount — rewards longer stays of 7 nights or more.
• Direct booking discount — offer guests a small discount when they book directly on your website or through an embedded booking module.

Flexible stay options

Complement your discounts with these flexibility settings:

• Fill short gaps between reservations — allows short stays in calendar gaps at a price uplift you set.
• Accept short stays for full-stay pay — permits bookings below your standard minimum stay while keeping your earnings stable.
• Lower your minimum stay for last-minute dates — automatically reduces minimum stay requirements as check-in approaches.

How to activate discounts and flexible stays

Access your Holidu Host dashboard and navigate to Configuration → Discounts. For each discount or flexible stay option you wish to use, select Configure, adjust your parameters according to your property's needs and local market conditions, then click Activate to save your changes. Holidu's pricing recommendations are based on local market data, helping you stay competitive in your area.
