What steps do I follow to add a new property?

1. Log in to your Holidu account and click "Properties."
2. Click "+ Add Property" in the top left corner on desktop, or "+ Add" in the bottom right corner in the app.
3. Choose whether your property is a single structure (one dwelling unit) or a multi-unit property (several units at the same address).
4. Answer whether your property is already listed on a booking platform such as Booking.com or Airbnb. If it is, you can import some listing information to set up faster.
5. Enter a property name that is easy for guests to understand.
6. Select the property type (for example, finca, apartment, chalet, vacation home, villa, or hotel-apartment) and enter the maximum number of guests.
7. Enter the full address and move the map pin to the exact location of your property.
8. If you are a property manager, enter the email address of the host account associated with the property.

What should I keep in mind about guest capacity?

• You cannot set a minimum number of guests for a property.
• Hotel rooms and rentals where the host lives on site during the stay cannot be listed.
• Your guest capacity cannot exceed the total sleeping places in your rooms and beds.

What happens after I create my property?

Your property is created with its basic information. Before requesting publication, add photos, descriptions, and other details to fully configure it. After you request publication, your Account Manager will contact you to complete the final details and publish your listing on distribution channels.
