How do I create a new property listing?

Creating a new property listing on Holidu is straightforward. Follow these steps to get your property online and start receiving bookings.

Step 1: Log In and Access Properties

Start by logging into your Holidu account. Once logged in, click on "Properties" to begin the listing process.

Step 2: Add a New Property

Look for the "+ Add Property" button in the top left corner (desktop) or "+ Add" in the bottom right corner (mobile app). Click it to start creating your new listing.

Step 3: Choose Your Property Structure

Select whether your property is a single structure (one dwelling unit) or multi-unit (several units at the same address). This helps us categorize your listing correctly.

Step 4: Check for Existing Listings

We'll ask if your property is already listed on other booking platforms like Booking.com or Airbnb. If yes, you can import existing information to speed up the setup process.

Step 5: Enter Basic Property Details

Provide your property name, select its type (finca, apartment, chalet, vacation home, villa, hotel-apartment, etc.), and specify maximum guest capacity. Remember: your guest capacity cannot exceed total sleeping places once you configure rooms and beds.

Important note: Hotel rooms and properties where you reside during guest stays cannot be listed on Holidu. There is currently no option to set minimum guest requirements.

Step 6: Add Location and Address

Enter your property's complete address and adjust the map pin to mark the exact location. Accurate location information helps guests find your property easily.

Step 7: Provide Host Email (Property Managers)

If you manage properties for others, enter the host account email address associated with this property.

Next Steps

Your property is now created with basic information. To complete your listing, you'll need to add photos, write detailed descriptions, set pricing, and configure availability. Once ready, click "Request Publication." Your Account Manager will then contact you to finalize details and publish your listing across distribution channels.
