How do I create a new property listing?
Getting your property listed on Holidu is straightforward and can be completed in just a few minutes. Follow these step-by-step instructions to create your new property listing.
Log In to Your Account
Start by logging into your Holidu host account. Once you're logged in, navigate to the "Properties" section from your dashboard.
Click Add Property
In the Properties section, click the "+ Add Property" button located in the top left corner to begin creating your new listing.
Choose Your Property Structure
Select whether your property is a single structure (one dwelling unit) or a multi-unit property (several units at the same address). This helps us organize your listings accurately.
Confirm Existing Listings
We'll ask if your property is already listed on other booking platforms such as Booking.com or Airbnb. This information helps us manage your listing more effectively.
Enter Property Name and Details
Provide a clear, descriptive name for your property that potential guests will easily understand. Then select your property type from options including:
- Finca
- Apartment
- Chalet
- Vacation home
- Villa
- Hotel-apartment
Specify the maximum number of guests your property can accommodate.
Important Property Requirements
Please note that hotel rooms and rental properties where you (the host) reside in the same property during the guest's stay cannot be listed on Holidu.
Add Property Location
Enter your property's complete address. You'll also need to provide the geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude) to help us pinpoint your property's exact location on our map.
Provide Email Address
Enter the email address associated with your Holidu account. This ensures we can contact you about your listing.
Request Publication
Click the "Request Publication" button to complete the property creation process. Your Account Manager will contact you shortly to confirm the remaining details and finalize your listing.
What Happens Next
After you submit your publication request, your dedicated Account Manager will reach out to help you complete any additional information needed and ensure your property is ready to start receiving bookings.
