We currently operate in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Germany, France, Austria, and Croatia. If your property is located in one of these countries, you're ready to get started.

How to list your property

Follow these simple steps:

1. Visit https://www.holidu.com/host to create your host account
2. Complete the registration form with your property address and details
3. Click "Create a new property" once your account is set up
4. Fill in all required property information including photos, amenities, and pricing
5. Submit your listing for review

Understanding your listing status

New listings go through a verification and onboarding process. Your listing will remain in "pending" or "review" status until all required information and documentation are approved. This ensures quality across our platform.

Why might my listing be delayed?

Publication may take longer if:

• Required property details are missing (address, photos, amenities)
• Legal documentation is incomplete or unverified
• Account information needs verification (identity check or valid bank details)
• The property doesn't align with platform guidelines or local regulations
