How can I list my property on Holidu?
Getting your property listed on Holidu is straightforward. We operate in selected European markets, so the first step is confirming your property is in one of our covered regions.
Countries where we operate
Holidu currently accepts property listings in the following countries:
- Spain
- Portugal
- Italy
- Greece
- Germany
- France
- Austria
- Croatia
How to get started
If your property is located in one of our covered countries, follow these steps:
- Visit https://www.holidu.com/host to create your account
- Click Create a new property
- Complete your property setup with all required information
- Submit your listing for verification
Note: If you already use a separate channel manager tool, you still need to submit the form on our platform.
Understanding listing verification
New listings are not published immediately. Your listing enters a verification and onboarding process to ensure quality standards.
- Your listing will be in pending or review status during this time
- Publication occurs once all required information and documentation are approved
- Our local teams review each property manually
Why is my property not published yet?
Your listing may not be live for these reasons:
- Location: Your property is outside our currently covered markets
- Missing information: Property details like address, photos, or amenities are incomplete
- Documentation: Required legal documents or business licenses are missing or unverified
- Verification pending: Identity checks or bank details require confirmation
- Guideline compliance: Your property needs to meet platform or local regulatory requirements
Stuck during setup?
If you cannot progress through the sign-up or listing process, check for:
- Mandatory fields that are empty (marked with * or red highlights)
- Incomplete bank, tax, or identity information
- Open requests for documentation or verification in your account
When will my listing go live?
After submitting all required information and documentation:
- Our Sales team reviews your property details
- You receive an approval email once verification is complete
- Your listing becomes visible on Holidu and partner sites
Review timeframes vary by market. If you have not heard back after several business days, contact our Sales team.
