How can I list my property on Holidu?

Getting your property listed on Holidu is a straightforward process. We operate across select European markets, and once your property is verified, it will be visible on Holidu and our partner sites.

Check if your property is in our coverage area

Holidu currently operates in the following countries:

• Spain
• Portugal
• Italy
• Greece
• Germany
• France
• Austria
• Croatia

If your property is located in one of these countries, you can proceed with the listing process. If not, we'll keep you in mind for future expansion.

Get started in 3 simple steps

Step 1: Create your account

Visit https://www.holidu.com/host and complete the registration form. Have your property address ready, and note that we accept properties from channel manager users as well.

Step 2: Set up your property

Once your account is created, click "Create a new property" and fill in all required details including address, photos, amenities, and house rules. Complete and accurate information speeds up the verification process.

Step 3: Submit required documentation

Depending on your country, you may need to provide legal documentation such as business licenses or tax registration numbers. Our team will notify you of specific requirements for your region.

Understanding the verification process

New listings undergo a manual review to ensure quality and compliance with local regulations. Your listing will remain in "pending" or "review" status until:

• All property details are complete and accurate
• Required legal documentation is submitted and verified
• Your account information and identity are confirmed
• Your property meets our platform guidelines

Once approved, you'll receive an email notification and your listing will go live.

Stuck during setup?
