To list your property on Holidu, first check that it is in one of our covered countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Germany, France, Austria, or Croatia. If it is, create a host account at holidu.com/host, click "Create a new property", and complete the setup.

How do I list my property step by step?

1. Go to holidu.com/host and create your account.
2. Click "Create a new property".
3. Enter your property details, including address, photos, and amenities.
4. Submit your account information, such as bank details, and any legal documents required in your country.

When will my listing go live?

New listings are reviewed manually, so they stay in "pending" or "review" status until everything is approved. Once approved, you will receive an email, and your property will become visible on Holidu and partner sites.

Why is my property not published yet?

• Required details, such as address, photos, or amenities, are missing.
• Legal documentation, such as a registration number or business license, is incomplete.
• Your account information still needs verification.
