As a host on Holidu, you can easily access and manage all your invoices through your account. Whether you need to review payout invoices, commission charges, or cancellation fee invoices, the platform provides a straightforward way to find and download them.

How to Access Your Invoices

Follow these simple steps to view your invoices:

  1. Log into your Holidu Host Account
  2. Click on "More" located on the top right of the page
  3. Select "Invoices" from the dropdown menu
  4. You will now see a complete list of all your invoices, including payout invoices, commission invoices, and cancellation fee invoices

Filtering and Searching Your Invoices

Holidu provides several options to help you locate specific invoices quickly:

Filter by Booking ID

Use the Booking ID filter to search for invoices related to a specific booking. This is helpful when you need to find documentation for a particular reservation.

Apply Date Filters

Click on "Filters" and select the specific time period you want to review. The date range between the "From" and "To" dates cannot exceed 12 months. This filter applies to the dates when the invoices were issued, not the booking dates.

Downloading Your Invoices

Once you have filtered your invoices to show the ones you need, you can download them in bulk:

  1. Apply your desired filters (date range, booking ID, etc.)
  2. Click on "Bulk download" to download all filtered invoices at once

Note that bulk downloading is available only through a web browser and is not supported on mobile devices or the Holidu app.

Understanding Your Invoices

When Invoices Become Available

Invoices are available to download only from the day the guest no longer benefits from free cancellation, according to your configured cancellation policies. This means invoices will not be accessible before this date passes.

Cancellation Fee Invoices

When you cancel a guest reservation, a cancellation fee invoice is issued. The cancellation fee is automatically deducted from your next available payout, so no manual bank transfer is required from you.

Important Account Information

Primary Email Access

Only the primary email address associated with your Holidu account can access the invoices and payouts sections. If you have added collaborators to your account, they will not have access to view or download invoices.

Single Account Ownership

Each Holidu account is assigned to a single host, and co-registration is not possible. All invoices issued through your account will be in the name of the account owner.
