As a host on Holidu, you can easily access and download all your invoices and payouts through your account. This guide will walk you through the process of viewing and downloading your financial documents.

Accessing Your Invoices and Payouts

To find your invoices and payouts, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into your Holidu Host Account
  2. Click on Financials in the left-hand menu
  3. You will see options to access your invoices and payouts from the Financials section

All your financial documents, including payout invoices, commission invoices, and cancellation fee invoices, are organized in this central location for easy management and reference.

How to Download Your Invoices

Once you are in the Financials section, select My invoices from the expandable menu. Here you can manage and download your invoices:

Filtering Your Invoices

  • Search by Booking ID: Use the Booking ID filter to quickly locate a specific invoice
  • Apply Date Filters: Click on Filters and select your desired time period. The date range between the From and To dates cannot exceed 12 months. These dates refer to when the invoices were issued

Downloading Options

  • Download Individual Invoices: Click the download button next to each invoice to download it separately
  • Bulk Download: After applying your filters, select multiple invoices and click Bulk download to download them all at once. Note that bulk downloading is only available through a web browser, not on mobile devices or the app

Important: Invoices are only available to download from the day the guest no longer benefits from free cancellation, according to your configured cancellation policies. They will not be accessible before that date.

How to Download Your Payouts

To access your payout information, navigate to the Financials section in the left-hand menu. From here, you can view and manage all your payout documents using the same filtering and downloading options available for invoices.

Understanding Cancellation Fee Invoices

When you cancel a guest reservation, a cancellation fee invoice is issued. The cancellation fee is automatically deducted from your next available payout if applicable. No manual bank transfer is required for this process.

Accessing Managed Hosts' Invoices (PME Account)

If you have a Property Management Entity (PME) account, you can access and manage invoices for your hosts:

Step 1: Navigate to Your Hosts

  1. Log into your Host Account
  2. Click on Hosts in the left-hand menu
  3. Optionally, use the Host Name, Email, or ID filter to search for a specific host
  4. Click on the desired managed host from the list to access their page

Step 2: View and Download Host Invoices

  1. On the host's page, click the Invoices tab
  2. Search and Filter: Use the Booking ID filter to find specific invoices or apply date filters by clicking Filters and selecting your desired time period
  3. Download Invoices:
    • Individually: Click the download button for each invoice
    • Bulk download: Select multiple invoices and download them all at once

Important Considerations

  • Primary Email Access: Only the primary email associated with your account can access the invoices and payouts sections. Collaborators do not have access to these financial documents
  • Account Ownership: Each Holidu account is assigned to a single host, and co-registration is not possible. Invoices are issued in the name of the account owner and cannot be co-registered
  • Bulk Download Availability: Bulk downloading is available only through a web browser and is not supported on mobile devices or the Holidu app
  • Date Range Limitations: When selecting a date range for downloads, the period between the From and To dates cannot exceed 12 months
  • Invoice Availability: Invoices will only be available on the platform from the day the guest loses the right to free cancellation according to your configured cancellation policy
