How to Request a Date Change
Step 1: Get Written Guest Agreement
Date changes require written confirmation from the guest. Contact them to discuss the new dates and ensure they're comfortable with the change. Ask for clear written approval via message or email before proceeding.

Once you have the guest's written agreement, direct them to contact Holidu support so we can process the modification for you both.

Guest Approval is Required
A date change can only be processed if the guest provides written confirmation of their agreement. Without this, the booking remains as originally scheduled.
Pricing Considerations
If you request the date change, the original nightly rate must remain unchanged unless both you and the guest agree in writing to a new price. Price adjustments cannot be applied to confirmed bookings without mutual agreement.
If the new dates fall on higher-priced nights and the guest doesn't agree to pay more, the booking will remain at the original confirmed rate.
Cancellation Due to Pricing Errors
If you request a cancellation because of an incorrect pricing configuration, standard cancellation policies will apply. This means any applicable cancellation fees or penalties may be enforced.
