Weekend Emergency Contact Methods

If you have an extremely urgent question or emergency during the weekend, you can reach our customer service team through three convenient channels: phone, the Holidu assistant, and WhatsApp. When contacting us, always include your Booking ID, Property Name, or Property ID to help us assist you more quickly.
