How do I change my bank details?
Changing Bank Details for Non-Verified Accounts
If your account has not gone through Adyen's bank account verification process yet, you will not be able to update your IBAN at this time. In most cases, we have not collected your bank details. You will only be able to add or update your IBAN once you complete the Adyen bank account verification process.

Changing Bank Details for Verified Accounts
If your account has completed Adyen's bank account verification process, follow these steps to change your bank details:
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log in to your account
- Click on the Holidu Logo in the top right corner
- Click on "Account"
- Scroll down to Bank information
- Click on "Edit"
A new window will open with your bank details. Click on the right-hand side, delete your current IBAN number, and add your new IBAN number.
Verification Methods
Ensure the bank account holder and the Holidu account owner are the same. For companies, the account holder must match the company name. Choose one of two verification methods:
Instant Verification
Available in most countries (not available in Greece, Austria, or Italy):
- Search and select your online banking provider
- Log into your online banking account through the verified partner, Tink
- Your banking login data will not be stored for security reasons
Manual Verification
If instant verification is not available:
- Enter your details and upload a bank document as proof
- The document must be issued within the last 12 months
- The document must display your name and visible IBAN
- For non-EU residents, the document must show the bank location
- Upload the document and click next
- Verification may take up to 72 hours
Important to Know
- An International Bank Account Number (IBAN) is used worldwide to identify individual accounts. You can find your IBAN in your online banking portal and on your account statements.
- The new bank account must belong to the Holidu account holder. We can only modify the IBAN for the person or company we have signed the agreement with.
- If your Holidu account is registered as a company, we can only allow payments to the company's IBAN. Submit a valid bank account under the company name registered in your Holidu account.
- IBAN proof must be clear, visible, and recent—an official document where both the bank account holder and IBAN are visible.
- Holidu only issues payments to EUR accounts.
- If you are changing your IBAN alongside other account details, updates may take time to appear in your PMS.
