THIS LISTING IS FOR THE LAKESIDE BEDROOM WITH A PORCH of an owner-occupied B&B. My rustic log home is located on Lake Memphremagog adjacent to the bike path that runs along the lake and is groomed for cross-country skiing in the winter. The Lakeside bedroom has a queen size and single bed plus a screened in porch with a view of the lake. This room shares a full bathroom with my other guestroom. Lake access includes a small private beach with chairs, a canoe & kayak. A simple Continental Breakfast is served. Limited kitchen access is available upon request.

Our 2 bedroom guest suite is located in a historic complex built in the 1880's to house railroad workers. The building complex sits on 6 acres of land along a hillside and consists of 4 private short term guest homes. Property manager lives at adjoining building, but each suite provides private entry access and use of the full property common areas. Plenty of trees and grassy areas to enjoy as well as a short walking trail down to the Connecticut River. The unit is located on the first floor with a small front and back porch. We have updated to the suite with modern amenities and stocked it...
