How can I change my booking dates of a reservation?

If you need to modify the dates of a confirmed reservation, you can change them directly or send a date change request. The process varies depending on which platform your booking is on. Follow the steps below for your specific booking platform.

Changing dates on Holidu

If you have a Holidu account:

  1. Log in to your Holidu account
  2. Click My bookings in the top right corner and select the trip you want to change
  3. Scroll down to Reservation details and click Change reservation
  4. Select the new dates of your stay and click Save
  5. Review your changes and then click Send request

If you don't have a Holidu account:

  1. Open your Holidu booking confirmation email
  2. Click the link Booking details to access your booking page
  3. Scroll down and click Change reservation
  4. Select the new dates of your stay and click Save
  5. Review your changes and then click Send request

What happens after you submit?

  • We will receive a notification of your request
  • Our team will review it based on availability and the property's cancellation policy
  • We will send you the updated price if applicable
  • Once you confirm acceptance of the change, we will finalize it

Changing dates on Booking.com

  1. Log in to your Booking.com account on the website
  2. Go to the Bookings and trips section in the top right corner
  3. Select the reservation you want to modify
  4. Scroll down and click the Modify button
  5. Check if changes to your booking are possible. If allowed, you will see an option to Modify booking
  6. Select your new dates and check availability
  7. If available, confirm the change

Once submitted, Booking.com will receive a notification and evaluate your request based on availability and the cancellation policy.

Changing dates on Airbnb

  1. Access your Airbnb account
  2. Click Trips in the top right corner and select the trip you want to change
  3. Scroll down and under Reservation details, click Change reservation
  4. Change the dates of your stay and click Save
  5. Review your changes and then click Send request

Once submitted, Airbnb will receive a notification and evaluate your request to see if it is possible to approve according to availability and the cancellation policy.
