I cannot log into my Holidu account, what do I do?
If you're having trouble logging into your Holidu account, don't worry. Follow these straightforward steps to resolve the issue and regain access to your account.
Create a Holidu Account (for Guests)
A Holidu account is not automatically created when you make a reservation—you must set it up yourself. To create an account as a guest, follow these steps:
- Go to holidu.com
- Click Account in the top right corner
- Select Log in for guests from the dropdown menu
- On the login page, choose one of the following options:
- Continue with Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft
- Select Continue with E-mail to create an account using your email address
- Follow the prompts to complete the setup
Once your account is created, you can link any existing reservations by entering your last name and booking code.
Check for Typos
The most common login issue is a simple typing error. Verify that there are no typos in your email address or password when logging in. Even small mistakes—or extra spaces—can prevent you from accessing your account. Take a moment to carefully review what you've typed before trying again.
Forgot Password
If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it. Click the Forgot Password link on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email address. This will allow you to create a new password and regain access to your account.
