How do I change my password?

Changing your password on Holidu is quick and straightforward. You can update your password using the Holidu app or website by selecting the "Forgot Password?" option, even if you remember your current password.

Steps to change your password

  1. Visit the Holidu website or open the Holidu app
  2. Select the "Forgot Password?" option on the login page
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account or your username
  4. Submit your information
  5. Check your email for a password reset message from Holidu
  6. Follow the instructions in the email to create your new password
  7. Log in with your new password

About Holidu accounts

It's important to note that a Holidu account is not automatically created when you make a reservation. Each guest must actively create their own account to access account features and manage their bookings.

Once your account is set up, you can add existing reservations by entering your last name and booking code. This allows you to view all your bookings in one convenient location.

Password security tips

When creating your new password, choose something unique and secure. Avoid using easily guessable information such as birthdays or common words. A strong password typically includes a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Email not received?

If you don't receive the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes legitimate emails are filtered there. Make sure you're entering the correct email address associated with your Holidu account.
