As a meta-search engine we are handling bookings of vacation rental providers like Novasol, HRS or EHR. Cancellations have to be made directly with the respective vacation rental provider, and the terms and conditions of those providers apply. Therefore please forward your cancellation request directly to the provider noted in your booking confirmation.
