Newly available for 2026, Casa Saha, set within a generous half acre gated plot (2,700 sq m) at the end of a little lane, is the perfect 'home-from-home' base for your trip to Lagos. Being within walking distance of both the gorgeous Meia Praia beach and Lagos Marina (15 -20 minutes walk away) means that you are close to amenities, yet in a tranquil setting to relax and unwind. There's a bar/ restaurant serving food & drinks, on the main road, just 170 metres away, plus a pizzeria, cafe & minimarket all within a 10 minute radius. The large Pingo Doce supermarket and the wonderful historic town centre are around a 20 minute walk or just a 5 minute drive away. From the marina, you can book all sorts of activities such as kayak trips and boat trips to the caves & grottoes, plus dolphin watching tours and day cruises along the coastline.
The villa has ample private parking and is spread over one single level and is fully air-conditioned. The spacious open-plan kitchen / dining / living room with 4 metre wide sliding windows that opens on to the garden & pool-side terrace is perfect for family & friends to socialise.
There are 4 comfortable bedrooms:
- The very large principal suite has a spacious private terrace with country views and comprises a queen bed (160cm wide), a generous seating area with an office desk, plus a breakfast area with kitchenette and an en-suite shower room. This suite is situated at the far end of the villa and can be accessed internally or via its own entrance to the rear of the villa.
- The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed (150cm wide) with patio doors to the south-facing garden terrace.
- The 3rd bedroom has two single beds (90cm wide each) and also accesses the same terrace. The zip & link mattresses can be joined to create a king-size bed (180cm wide).
- The 4th bedroom is smaller and has 2 single beds (90cm wide each) and is ideal for children (no access to the terrace).
All bedrooms have roll-down black-out blinds, fans & air-conditioning for your comfort.
The 2nd, 3rd & 4th bedrooms share 2 bathrooms:
- the family bathroom has twin sinks, a roll-top bath, a separate walk-in shower and a toilet. There's a hair dryer too.
- the smaller shower room has a walk-in shower, sink & toilet.
Guests find plenty of space to relax around the solar-heated pool (2-3ºC warmer than unheated) which benefits from a shallow beach entry (great for young children) plus a bench seat in the deep end. From the pool-side terrace, 4 steps lead up to the BBQ area which over-looks the pool & gardens and has it's own shower & toilet for convenience. The extensive grounds surrounding the villa are perfect for kids to explore and play. There's ample space for a game of football or to play hide & seek or to find a quiet, shady spot under the olive tree to read a book. The tranquil setting invites you to unwind, while the comfortable interiors create a terrific atmosphere for gathering with family or friends.
