PLEASE NOTE: You must climb stairs to access it. The interior space is laid out as follows: - Kitchen equipped with an induction stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, moka pot, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and traditional oven - Dining/living area with a sofa, TV, dining table, and split air conditioning - Bedroom I with a double bed, coat rack, desk, dresser, and split air conditioning Bedroom II with two single beds, coat rack, desk, and split air conditioning - Bedroom III with a double bed, single bed, two wardrobes, dresser, ceiling fan, and split air conditioning - Bedroom IV with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and split air conditioning - Bathroom I with a toilet, bidet, and shower - Bathroom II with a toilet, bidet, shower, and washing machine - Small terrace accessible from the kitchen, furnished with a small table and two chairs - Balcony connecting to bedrooms I, II, and IV.
