My STR Business Licence with City of Vancouver is #26-162698 and BC Registration #H577060169. I have a 2025 Cadillac Optiq SUV as FREE ride for all my guests either for pick-up/drop-off from/to YVR airport with same check-in/out time.
Cozy & huge primary king bedroom with private attached huge bathroom for 1 guest or 2 adults.
Couple with child 10-17 year old is allowed.
Comes with mini fridge & microwave, 60” Smart TV 4K, computer desk with chair, and 2 walk-in closets. The space Cozy and huge private primary bedroom with private attached bathroom with jacuzzi for a maximum of 2 adult guests only.
Inside the bedroom has 60” Smart TV 4K cable TV, mini-fridge; with laptop table and 2 chairs; 2 side tables and vanity with huge mirror.
This is a 5-bedroom and 4 washroom single family 2-storey house has 4 occupants only plus Airbnb guests.
Either single/couple or 2 person in the primary bedroom with private attached bathroom for exclusive use. The house is always neat and clean.
The shared kitchen/dining/living areas are located in the main floor.
The shared in-suite laundry (washer/dryer) is brand new and located in the second floor near the Airbnb bedroom.
Convenient stairway with high ceiling to access the second floor to the primary bedroom with 2 walk-in closets.
Also, the entire house is equipped with security and alarm system and cameras for our safety and security.
With free Netflix TV and super high-speed wifi internet up to 2Gbps unlimited internet data usage.
Wired internet also available upon request.
Located near UBC and YVR Airport, I can provide free pick-up and drop-off at YVR airport since I am an Uber Taxi operator also.
Very near bus stop Bus 49 UBC/Metrotown.
Also Bus 41 and R4 Rapid Bus Transit to transfer to Canada Line Skytrain Station.
About few blocks to Shell gas station, Save on Foods grocery store, clinic and pharmacy, and many restaurants as well.
Lots of green trees in the neighbourhood.
A very relaxing and refreshing experience to stay in this cozy accommodation. Guest access Shared kitchen/dining/living areas in the main floor.
Shared in-suite laundry brand new washer/dryer located at the second floor.
Free use of kitchen and dining equipments, supplies and utensils.
No need to wash/clean the glasses, coffee mugs, forks, spoons, bread knives, plates, soup/salad bowls, please leave in the kitchen sink.
Knives and drinking glasses and mugs please do not leave in the sink but on the kitchen top beside the food scrap bin. No need to run the dishwasher.
Please clean and hand wash only the cooking pots, frying pans, big cooking spoons for cooking, etc. Free and clean drinking water in the refrigerator door and at the kitchen faucet.
Cooking is allowed and free use of equipments including oil, soy sauce, vinegar, salt & pepper, etc. but please clean the stove after use. Always observe fire hazards and fire prevention, also CoViD19 protocol if applicable.
Always locked the main door during entry/exit.
Your private bedroom has a key, please locked also whenever you are leaving the house and don't lose it to save you money.
Free use of laundry including laundry soap/detergent but please advise us for the washer/dryer operation, if you don't know how to use to save you money also.
Umbrellas available during rainy/winter season.
Please bring your own in-house slippers or wear socks inside the house.
Hair dryer, iron and iron board are available and free to use upon requests.
Free street parking and it’s safe but first come, first served.
