Seawinds 1208 is a spacious, beautifully appointed, recently renovated, two-bedroom, two-bath unit with wood grain tile floors throughout.
The living room includes a large wall-mounted smart TV with DVD player, balcony access, and a sectional sofa with a queen-size fold-out bed for extra guests.
Unwind in the comfortable loveseat on the large balcony as you enjoy the tranquil beach scenery.
The kitchen features oak cabinets, granite counters, and stainless-steel appliances with plenty of utensils and cookware for all of your cooking needs.
There is dining table with seating for 5 plus an additional 3 stools at the breakfast bar.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private bath, and balcony access.
The second bedroom has a full-size bed plus there is a third bedroom room with a captain’s bed (full-size bed on the bottom bunk and a twin-size bed on the top bunk).
This unit can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests.
All bedrooms have new smart TVs with access to most streaming channels like Netflix and Prime Video.
There is WIFI and a washer & dryer in the condo.
One parking pass comes with the reservation.
If you need a second for the complex, it will be an additional $40.
If you have have a third vehicle, it can park at our office, which is 5 miles from the complex for a fee of $50..
NO SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside units, on balconies, or in common areas except for the designated smoking area.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book.

One of the area’s most popular seafood restaurants, Sea-n-Suds Restaurant and the Oyster Bar, is located immediately next door.
