Located in the heart of Orange Beach, Silver Beach 302 is ideally located on the third floor, offering beautiful direct gulf-front view from the living room, kitchen and dining area and master bedroom.
The development sits along a beautiful stretch of Alabama's sugar white sandy benched and shimmering turquoise waters!! The balcony has unique aluminum handrail system with tempered glass panels which makes viewing all of that beautiful white sand and emerald, green water easier when sitting on your balcony.
Also, it is popular with parents with small children as there are no railings to stick little hands and feet through! This unit has one "angled" section of rails which widens your direct Gulf view as well.
Guests will love the beachside pool, expansive sundeck, and BBQ grill area.

The living area offers a couch, two chairs, a large flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony.
The dining table seats four, with two additional spots at the breakfast bar.
Featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom, this condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests.
Three major shopping centers directly across the street offers owners and guests all their immediate needs.
Choose from Publix, Rouses and Walmart markets for grocery needs as well as numerous shops and restaurants, including some area favorites such as Moe's BBQ and the Beignet shop.
You must purchase parking pass upon arrival to the complex separate from reservation. $40 each with max of 2.
If you have a third vehicle, we offer parking at our office, which is a 1/2 mile from complex, for $50. ***NO MONTHLY rentals allowed on this condo. *** NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
