Sanibel 306 is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo, located across from the beach in Gulf Shores.
Beach access is directly across from the complex at the 13th Street Public Beach access, which is less than 200’ from the complex.
Located on the 3rd floor, you are high enough to enjoy views of the Gulf but low enough to still be able to watch the kids at the pool.
Unit 306 is comprised of roughly 1235 square feet of living space and features a full-sized washer and dryer, tile floors in the common area, carpet in the bedrooms, WIFI, and a well-equipped kitchen (offering both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig) with granite counters.
The spacious, open, living area features floor-to-ceiling windows stretching the entire width of the unit and opens to an expansive balcony with beautiful views of the Gulf and elevated pool.
The dining table seats six plus four additional seats available at the kitchen bar.
The common area includes a half-bath.
The master bedroom features a king-size Sleep Number bed and a private bath.
After a long day at the beach, nothing is more relaxing and refreshing than sleeping on a comfy bed and this bed will be the most comfortable bed that you have had the pleasure of sleeping on.
You simply connect to it through Bluetooth and are able to adjust the firmness and contour of the mattress.
The second bedroom features a bunk bed (two twin beds) plus a separate full bed and a private bathroom.
Making use of the king in the master, bunk bed and full bed in the second bedroom, and the sleeper-sofa in the living area, Sanibel 306 can comfortably sleep up to 7 guests.
Sanibel offers fantastic resort amenities such as an elevated outdoor pool, kiddie pool, BBQ area with stainless-steel charcoal grills, well-equipped fitness area, sauna, and easy beach access. *A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed at the complex.
If you have a 3rd vehicle, we can likely let you park it at our office for a fee of $50. *Upon arrival, guests will pick up arrival package which contains door keys and parking pass(es) from our office, which is about 10 minutes from the complex.

2.5 miles west of the Hangout. Close enough to be at all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that the area has to offer within a few short minutes, yet far enough away to be out of the densely populated, highly congested area.
