There may be occasional noise or disturbance during the daytime.
Access to the apartment will remain available at all times. At the moment the building next door is undertaking some works so during the day you may heard some noise Please note the following important information before booking: - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. - Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation.
It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it -Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. -The use of the elevator by neighbors can generate noise during the day and night. -Arrival after hours: - Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge 30EUR. in cash, after 10pm it will be 50 EUR. - If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR. - If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 EUR. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.
Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
