Wake up! You are not dreaming, this is a dream house! This picturesque house is located on a street with old fishermen's houses in Cascais, offering superb views of the Ocean, beaches, marina, and the bay of Costa do Estoril.
The house is situated in the historic center of Cascais, 130m walk from the beaches and the train station, and 80m from shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants.
The area is very quiet as it is a pedestrian street for residents only. Upon entering the house, you will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a table and chairs.
The living room is spacious and bright, extremely comfortable, and well-decorated.
It includes a TV and Wi-Fi internet connection.
The living room opens onto the terrace. The terrace is wonderful.
With a dining table and chairs, you can enjoy a meal with the best view imaginable.
It also has two sun loungers, where you can have a drink, read a book, or simply relax.
The bedroom and bathroom are located on the mezzanine.
The modern bathroom has a shower cubicle.
The bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe, and simple, comfortable furnishings.
Bed linen and towels are included.
The sea will accompany you in your dreams, as it will be the first sight you see in the morning.
It couldn't be more relaxing and romantic. The house does not allow children, as the terrace area can be dangerous for young children; for safety reasons, we cannot accept them.
Only two guests are permitted. NOTE: A security deposit of €200 in cash will be collected by our team upon check-in.
The deposit will be returned on the day of check-out (or the day before), after a thorough inspection of the property.
A confirmation voucher will be sent to your email with all important details about your reservation and additional services from Feels Like Home.
Guests will be contacted by our team up to 3 days before check-in.
For arrivals between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM, a late check-in fee of €30 (payable in cash at check-in) will apply.
For arrivals between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM, a late check-in fee of €50 (payable in cash at check-in) will apply.
All guests must provide identification upon check-in.
Please note that a mandatory tourist tax will be included in the final price.
If it has not been charged at the time of your booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in.
All remaining payments must be made in cash. Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost. Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first night. Baby Friendly – We have travel cots for babies, upon request.
