Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest Subway station, Lapa, is just a 15-minute walk.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Welcome to our cozy 25 sqm. hideaway nestled in a traditional Porto "Ilha" (a historic shared courtyard). The living area features a comfortable sofa, a TV, and Air Conditioning (AC) to ensure your comfort in any season.
WiFi is available for basic use. The compact kitchen is suitable for light meal preparation and comes with essential cookware, along with a dedicated dining area.
Upstairs, you’ll find a private bedroom with a comfortable double bed, providing a quiet retreat for a restful night.
In keeping with the apartment’s cozy scale, the functional bathroom includes a shower and fresh towels.
The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Note: To access the mezzanine bedroom, you need to climb stairs.

Well-located accommodation, 10 minutes by car from the city centre. The interior is very well laid out, but it is a bit cold inside the flat. Fortunately, there is heating, so it must be ideal in summer.

A welcoming and very clean space. Located in a neighbourhood where you can hardly hear any noise at night, the only downside is parking, you have to look around for a spot. But otherwise, 5 stars.
