Schöne Lage, schöner Garten. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände könnten mal erneuert werden. Besteck, Gläser könnten etwas ausreichender vorhanden sein. Radio defekt (wechselt ständig die Lautstärke). Auf der Inventarliste stehen die zu zahlenden Preise bei Beschädigung oder Verlust. Zum Beispiel € 150 ...
