Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest subway station, Ayora, is just a 7-minute walk. Valencia Airport is a 36-minute drive from the property. Self check-in with smart lock.
You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners.
If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. This one-bedroom apartment is perfect for couples looking for a pleasant stay.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and has private and independent access directly from the street, so you won't have to share entrances or common areas with other neighbours.
Due to its street-level location, you may occasionally notice some noise coming from outside. Designed with a modern open-concept layout, the apartment integrates living room, dining area and kitchen in a functional and welcoming space.
The living area features a comfortable sofa for two people, flat-screen TV and a dining table perfect for enjoying your meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave and all the utensils necessary to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.

Nice apartment with everything you need for a short trip. Slightly outside the city center requires extra time to reach certain places but generally conveniently located to reach seaside, supermarkets and public transport.

Accommodation just like the pictures even more spacious. Very good area, easy free parking. Close to the city of arts and sciences, metro and bus stop. The host answers quickly and shows very good initiative in communication and solve any questions or problems. Everything very clean, nothing is missing. I would definitely repeat.
