LE GRAND VAL 2: The gîte comprises on the ground floor: a large living room combining the lounge and dining room, a kitchen with a scullery (laundry room), a separate toilet, a shower room, and a double bedroom with 2 single beds (90/200) which can be joined to form a double bed (180/200). The bedroom, shower room, and toilet are accessible to people with reduced mobility. On the 1st floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90/200) which can be joined to form a double bed (180/200), a shower room, and a separate toilet. To move from one gîte to the other, you must go outside. For your comfort, bed linen (beds made upon arrival), household linen, and utilities are included in the rental price. The cleaning package is extra at a rate of €160, as well as the towels at a rate of €5 per person. Corinne and Lucien, winegrowers and farmers, offer you a large house for a friendly stay.

Located in a former farmhouse (housing a second gîte), this gîte can accommodate up to 8 people.

The owners have preserved the character and charm of this old farmhouse (exposed beams, stone walls...) to create a house with a cosy chic country style. Only 10 minutes from Sézanne, 40 km from Épernay, 50 km from Châlons-en-Champagne, and 68 km from Reims. The Gîte combines 2 gîtes: Le grand val 1 and 2. LE GRAND VAL 1: The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated and equipped, opening onto the dining area.

From the kitchen, you have access to the garden and the rear terrace.

The lounge features a large flat-screen TV and a functional fireplace (wood provided).
