Der Ausblick ist genial, die Ausstattung und der Zustand leider nicht. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen egal ob WC Spülung oder Balkongeländer, überall sind es Kleinigkeiten, die gepflegt werden sollten.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist recht dürftig, ein weiterer Topf zum Kochen wäre sinnvoll....
