Our approximately 60 m² holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building and can accommodate up to four people.
The apartment features two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, as well as a cozy living room.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, a microwave, and a washing machine, among other amenities.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower.
Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available for your entertainment and connectivity.
Parking is available directly in front of the building.

A warm welcome to our cozy holiday apartment in Bad Kösen – idyllically situated above the spa town with a dreamlike panoramic view of the historic old town, the spa facilities with the graduation tower, the surrounding vineyards, and the forests of the Saale Valley.
The quiet location invites you to relaxing days, while numerous leisure activities make the area particularly attractive: explore the Saale river by motorboat, visit the impressive graduation tower with its open-air inhalation, stroll through the zoo or the Käthe Kruse Doll Exhibition with its glass manufactory.
Active holidaymakers will get their money's worth with hiking and cycling in the Saale Valley and the vineyards – including wine tasting at nearby wineries.
A special highlight is the annual Saale Wine Mile on Pentecost, which stretches over 6 km from Bad Kösen to Roßbach with over 30 wine and enjoyment stalls. Pets are very welcome here, and parking spaces are available directly at the house.
Arrival is possible from 3 PM to 10 PM.
Departure is possible between 8 AM and 11 AM.
Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation.
Please contact us in good time if necessary for arrangements.
Key handover is done in person on site.
A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are allowed for a fee of €15 per pet.
The tourist tax of €2.40 per person/night will be charged extra on site.
Other applicable fees: Use of the washing machine €15.00.
