Villa Ipoliti is a stunning luxury property to rent in Mykonos and is part of a luxury complex.
The property enjoys an enviable location on the bay of Psarou, Saint Lazaros.
Psarou is one of the most popular and famous beaches on the island, with white sand and crystal clear water.
The villa is built in traditional Cycladic architecture, in typical Myconian style, therefore characterized by simple and essential furnishings but at the same time elegant and contemporary, with external and internal cladding in white lime.
The exterior features a beautiful infinity pool surrounded by comfortable loungers, armchairs and sofas to lay back and relax.
Here there is also a dining area with barbecue to have your meal right by the pool, caressed by the wind and kissed by the sun.
Inside we find a nice living area with fully equipped kitchen and dining room.
The three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with single beds, can accommodate up to six people and have a terrace with panoramic views.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 3 nights in low and mid season; 4 nights in high season; 6 nights in peak season.
The arrival time is fixed, between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing. The departure time is within 10.00 a.m.
A damage refundable deposit of 1.500 euro, in the form of an authorization to charge either a credit or debit card will be required upon arrival.
The property manager shall inspect the villa for eventual damages, missing items or anything out of the ordinary that could have been caused by the tenant or any person residing or invited in the propertyThe property manager shall return or release the security deposit within 10 days of departure provided that no costs or expenses of any kind are left unpaid, for whatever reason whatsoever.
