Ideal for a romantic getaway, busy professionals, or a weekend escape.
For your convenience, this apartment is equipped with an elevator and air conditioning.
You will have at your disposal a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, cable channels, Wi-Fi, and a dining table, a very well-equipped kitchenette with tasteful utensils, and a bathroom.
And of course, don’t forget that both the living room and the bedroom offer a beautiful view of the sea.

The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old.
It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.
If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability.
After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.
In case of lost keys, a fee will apply (upon request).
If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's intervention to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7:00 PM.
If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – the cost will be upon request.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of utility expenses (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of €150.
If the limit is exceeded, the additional amount will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow entry to a team member to carry out an inspection of the property, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Simply request it (price upon request).
You may also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered every morning to your apartment upon request (price upon request).
Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Superbe, tiny flat located in Foz. Astonishing view onto the Atlantic Ocean with a breathtaking sunset.
Easy access to public transportation.
Perfectly situated for walks at the seaside.

Everything was beautiful about the place, and it was as advertised. The issue came when we only had 1 towel each, and no bath cloths. I contacted them as soon as I got in because we wanted to go right to the beach. They said it would cost extra for extra towels. As soon as they sent the link to pay ...
