The private, fully equipped kitchen with a modern 3-burner gas stove allows you to prepare your own meals.
Hot water is always available thanks to the new gas water heater.
The living room has a new coffee table; the dining chairs and folding chairs at the entrance come with comfortable seat cushions.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom, and a fan in the second bedroom.
The window layout keeps the home cool on sunny days, and extra lighting provides comfort in the evening.
Additional features include a TV, washing machine, and self check-in.
