Comfortable newly renovated independent bungalow fully equipped with a large garden and barbecue located in a privileged place in Maspalomas.
The property consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds arranged as a bunk beds.

Maspalomas is a tranquil place with all the necessary services, good communications and a golden sand beach several kilometres long.Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, leisure centre, health centre, etc... is within walking distance, and it is possible to move around on foot.A highlight is the Holliday World leisure centre, with attractions for all ages, a gym and a wide range of restaurants.Maspalomas has excellent communications; it is very close to the main highway to get to know the GC1 island, and excellent bus and taxi service. In the vicinity of the accommodation you can move on foot, you have everything very close if you want to go out to know the island, the bus service is excellent, there is a station within walking distance if you ask us we can leave you all the schedules and we can help you with recommendations.
If you drive without a doubt the best option is to rent a car, which we can also arrange, the prices are excellent.

Uns hat die schöne, gepflegte, ruhige Anlage des Bungalows besonders gut gefallen. Wir haben uns dort und im gut geschnittenen Bungalow direkt sehr wohl gefühlt.
