Ponta Delgada Airport is just 25 minutes away.Guests will have access to the entire home!A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.
Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

A one-of-a-kind stay. This place was truly nothing like we have ever been to. Even in off-season, the lush scenery around the place is gorgeous, including the private footpaths through the forest. Coming in off-season also means we could make use of the wood stove, and the host kindly provided us with wood.

Very beautiful, naturally situated, and private house.
The large garden area of the house is very well maintained and invites you to linger.
Highly recommended for an almost surreal and dreamlike stay.
