The small, detached house with approx. 40 m² of living space over two levels is situated in an absolutely quiet, sun-drenched hillside location in the Carmine Inferiore district, approx. 2 km south of Cannobio.
Surrounded by palm trees, Mediterranean plants, and a well-maintained garden with a terrace, year-round saltwater pool, and panorama balcony, you can enjoy an undisturbed view over the lake to the mountains on the opposite shore.
The stylish interior, the modern, well-equipped eat-in kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms, and a pleasant bathroom make the house a place where you will feel at home immediately.
Thanks to the well-thought-out layout and separate sleeping and living areas, "Casa Samara" is perfect for couples, small families, or friends traveling together who still want individual retreats.

Wasser sparen - sonst überlaufen der Grube. Wir haben gespart, in dieser Woche nur 1x geduscht, was für uns sehr unangenehm war (im Sommer kaum vorstellbar), haben unser Kaffeewasser mit unserem Flaschenwasser aufgekocht und sind jeden zweiten Tag in ein Restaurant gegangen, so mussten wir nicht k...
