All rooms have windows with security bars, blinds, and curtains, ensuring security and natural coolness.
Situated in a quiet and well-connected area, with a pleasant sea and mountain breeze.
Postiguet beach is just a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment is next to the Plaza Mar 2 shopping center, offering everything you need right at your doorstep: supermarket, restaurants, cinemas, boutiques, laundry, shops, McDonald's, and plenty of parking.
Free street parking is available directly in front of the accommodation.
Excellent public transport connections: tram and bus are about 50 meters away, with direct access also to San Juan beach.
All apartment equipment is new as of July: • 3 bedrooms: 2 single beds and 2 double beds. • Kitchen equipped with: refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, filter coffee maker and espresso machine, dishwasher, extractor hood, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, and cups. • Living room with a comfortable corner sofa and a 42” Smart TV with WiFi (YouTube, etc.). • Modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower. • Washing machine and hot water heater in the patio.
