A trip on the water is an absolute must! In the immediate vicinity you will find National Park Weerribben-Wieden - a paradise for nature lovers with numerous hiking and biking trails, and rich flora and fauna. For those who love culture, there are several museums, such as Museum Giethoorn 't Olde Maat Uus, where you can learn all about life in old Giethoorn. In addition, there are cozy restaurants and terraces within walking distance, where you can enjoy local specialties. In short, this vacation home offers the ideal base for a relaxing and varied vacation in one of the most beautiful villages in the Netherlands.
On the first floor is a cozy living room with a comfortable seating area, television, dining table with six chairs and a fireplace for extra coziness. Thanks to the French doors on three sides - all equipped with mosquito nets - you will enjoy plenty of natural light and direct access to the terrace.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, gas hob, combination microwave, refrigerator and kettle.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms: two rooms with two single beds each and one room with a single bed. There are also two bathrooms. On the first floor you will find a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and washing machine. On the second floor there is a second bathroom with a bathtub and sink - ideal for a relaxing moment after a day outdoors.
A wooden decking area surrounds the cottage, so you can find a sunny spot to enjoy the outdoors any time of day. A boat can be moored directly in front of the house and there is also opportunity for fishing.

• If your departure day is on a Sunday, you can check out till 18:00
• This holiday home is located right in the centre of Giethoorn yet surrounded by nature. This means that you can park at about 10 minutes' walking distance. The walking route includes a high bridge and a gravel path; you can use a wheelbarrow for your luggage.
• This property is less suitable for people with mobility problems.
• You have access to a private mooring near the house with a charging point for an electric boat.
• Making open fires and barbecuing with coal is not allowed here.
