Near Saumur, a different gîte, it is not an apartment but two bedrooms, pleasant and spacious, independent of each other, on the same level therefore giving directly onto a terrace.

Each of the bedrooms has a shower room with toilet, twin beds 90x200 cm for 2 people, wall-mounted TV, small desk as well as a large wardrobe.

Smoking is allowed outside. As an extension of the bedroom building, there is a covered courtyard with a closed room used for storing household appliances (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, sink, dishes but with a table and chairs).

Under the courtyard there is cooking equipment: on a large work surface there is a 2-burner gas hob and mini oven, a round table and chairs, and under the work surface a buffet with dishes.

No dishwasher.

To relax, a sofa and armchair.
