This 1-room flat covers 42 m² and offers space for up to two guests.
After you have parked your car in the car park at the house, you can reach your holiday flat by lift or via the staircase. You enter the flat via a small hallway and from there reach the modern shower room with mirror cabinet, hairdryer, heated towel rail and WC. You can also reach the bright living/bedroom from the hallway with a seating area and a cosy couch, where you can end your holiday with a book or an evening in front of the flat-screen TV. The adjoining sleeping area is furnished with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and plenty of storage space and can be charmingly separated from the living area by a curtain. The small kitchen with its good equipment invites you to prepare small dishes. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the marvellous view over the beautiful Baltic Sea. Take a break, let the wind blow through your hair and collect unforgettable holiday moments.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you directly at the house. There are also washing machines and dryers in the complex for communal use for a fee. The WLAN connection is included.
