Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, communal covered parking.

The apartment had everything you would need for a week (or longer) stay.
We especially loved the balcony space, where we ate as many meals as possible during our stay, when we weren't out sampling the local restaurants. The view was breathtaking, and the sound of the stream in the background was so...
