Appartement vieillot (stores, éléments de décoration, tapis dans le hall d'entrée !!!).
TV plus petite qu'un écran PC.
Insonorisation médiocre vis à vis de l'extérieur, surtout en cas de déneigement !!!!
Points positifs : superficie et surtout son emplacement.
