Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Good place for relaxation
: i like how clean the apartment is. very spacious comfortable. the fact that it's also close to the center and the train station is the best
They should provide Iron, bigger pot for cooking, wine opener and some kitchen utensils

We really enjoyed the apartment. It has a nice renovation and is very comfortable.
It’s perfect for 4–5 people. Having two bathrooms with showers was extremely convenient for our group.
Since it was raining and cold during our stay, the air conditioner heated the rooms very quickly, which was a big plus.
Overall, a great place to stay!

Excellent option in Porto
: Accommodation just like the pictures, modern and very comfortable. 3 minutes from Campanhã station and relatively close to the city centre.
It was difficult to find a place for the car at the end of the day.
