We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The nearest subway station, Santa Apolónia, is just 800 meters away.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The kitchen provides a welcoming socialising environment, including essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals.
The bedroom is modernly decorated, with a comfortable double bed and storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

La localisation, arrêt de bus à 3 minutes pour aller partout, 20 minutes à pied de la place du commerce. Calme pour la nuit. La literie est bien aussi.

Pas de plan au syndicat d initiative pour prendre le tramway ou le réseau bus
Billet des transports a prendre uniquement dans le métro. Le français quasiment inexistant beaucoup d arnaque sur les sorties proposées et pas un qui vous dit la meme chose quand vous cherchez un endroit. Les memes menus dans chaque restaurant par contre très belle ville il faut être bon marcheur et grimpeur

Chambre correcte. Pas de possibilités d ouvrir la fenêtre car trop haute. Odeur de d égout et d humidité dans la location. Douche extrêmement petite où nous avons dû utiliser la ventouse pour faire évacuer l ‘eau. Envoi message pour dire que WIFI ne fonctionnait pas et pas de retour donc pas wifi de...
