If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Zeer schoon. Goed verzorgd: genoeg handdoeken aanwezig; en mogelijkheden om zelf ontbijt te maken. Ook genoeg ruimte en het zag er allemaal zeer netjes en goed verzorgd uit.
Eigenlijk was alles prima. Alleen was de afstand tot het centrum beetje ver. Ook dat is opgelost met de bus of gewoon gaan lopen.

Porto flat in a quiet area
Flat in a good location with 2 nice bedrooms, one of which is on the other side of the garden. Perfect
Ras just to improve the existing plan to buy stoves and a strater for when you arrive late. I left olive oil, vinegar, water, salt, beer and paper towels.
1 dose of dishwasher and for the washing machine.

We stayed here for 5 days and it was a great experience, although the living room kitchen is a bit small, it was really nice to have a large yard and space for a separate cottage. Perfect holiday atmosphere.
