Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Passeio Alegre, is just a 1-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.
We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed. This charming 1-bedroom house is ideal for guests seeking a relaxing stay.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed dressed in luxurious, hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The ensuite bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and all the amenities needed for a relaxing and refreshing experience. Es hat alles super funktioniert und ich hatte alles was man brauchen kann vor Ort. :) die Unterkunft ist direkt an der Straße und man hört wenn Leute dran vorbeilaufen und reden - das hat mich nicht gestört aber vielleicht gut zu wissen für Geräuch-empfindliche Personen.

We stayed at the accommodation for three nights. The location is really great; you can get to the sea in no time, and there are also a few restaurants and shops nearby. We felt very much at home.
